Summer cheesecake flavour - Strawberry Trifle Baked Cheesecake

A classic summer trifle dessert combined with a baked cheesecake.

Let's start with the layers from the top. We have a homemade strawberry coulis, freshly whipped cream, a layer of jelly with fresh strawberry pieces and a creamy custard cheesecake filling all atop our delicious vanilla biscuit base. Yum!
